OCRE Offshore Services B.V. mobilizes technical experts in the Dutch and international Energy, Marine, and Offshore industries. For major projects in the energy and offshore industries, we deliver project management and full project teams. Currently, OCRE is looking for a QHSE Tender Coordinator for subsea cables projects.

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• You play an important role linking the internal organization and our customers, in which the combination of tenders and projects offers a great challenge;

• Ensure that there are good agreements with (potential) customers regarding quality and HSE requirements and organize them so that they can be clearly met;

• Represent TKF to the customer in the field of QHSE and be involved in the negotiations in this role;

• You organize, generate and manage documentation for tenders and supervise customer audits;

• For projects you ensure the timely delivery of the QHSE policy and plans, including a Project Quality Plan and HSE Plan with which we safeguard and improve QHSE aspects during the implementation of projects;

• You ensure that experiences from previous tenders and projects are taken into account;

• Recognize where risks and gaps lie and initiate necessary improvements and implementations where needed. All to provide customers with products they can trust;

• You will be part of the tender project team, internally working closely with various departments, notably the central and local QHSE teams of the three Dutch factories, as well as the sales and R&D departments to ensure a successful project.

Requirements:

• Higher professional education/University education (HBO/WO);

• You have >3 years of experience in a similar position;

• Fluency in written and spoken English and Dutch. A good knowledge of German or Spanish is an advantage;

• Understand problems quickly and effectively and manage projects independently.
