Selection as a service
For a fee, we can also help you find and select suitable candidates for your vacant role. When found we will send a list of suitable candidates and resumes to you. This service is very helpful when you are looking for permanent staff but don’t want the hassle of recruiting for candidates yourself.
How do we recruit the right professional?
Our team sources professionals with a focus on the candidates’ incitement and enthusiasm. We look for team players who approach new challenges in an optimistic manner. 1. Identifying client’s needs
When we recieve a request we first set up a recruitment plan and assign a recruiter to the case with the most experience regarding the requested sector or skills of the vacancy.
2. Candidate search
We will look for a suitable candidates in our excisting pool of professionals first, then we will publish the vacancy on our website and social media channels and use our recruitment tools to source candidates.
3. Selection & Interviewing
Through messaging phone calls, and interviews at our office or videoconference with potential candidates we will select the ones that we think are the most suited for the job.
4. Introduction to client
After selection and internal interviews we will introduce our list of suitable candidates to our client. When accepted the candidate will go to the client for an interview.
5. Contract formation
Salary, hours and benefits will be discussed with client and candidate(s).
6. Placement
When everything is rounded up we ring the placementbell at our office.
