OCRE is seeking civil engineering constructors for the Porthos project. Porthos is the project that transports and stores CO2 from the industry in the Port of Rotterdam into depleted gas fields under the North Sea. OCRE constructors work within a team of project engineers in infrastructure, civil engineering, real estate, installations, and cables & pipelines.

Core Tasks:

Assessing designs, drawings, and calculations of civil engineering constructions for, among others, the compressor station and cooling water pump station; Occasionally preparing structural calculations, drawings, and reports;

Deployment: Ranges from part-time to full-time, flexible

Duration: 2.5 years

Employment: Freelance or employed by OCRE

Workplace: Hybrid work, with a lot of remote work possible.

Start: immediately

Profile Requirements:

Completed education at HBO or TU level in Civil Engineering and relevant work experience; Knowledge of relevant guidelines and materials is required; Knowledge of the guidelines used by the Port of Rotterdam is a plus.
